Circuit/System Verification
Important: When performing the 10-Minute Vehicle Key Relearn Procedure, all keys not learned at that time will be erased and not be
recognized. Perform the Adding Keys procedure on all keys or instruct the customer how to perform the Adding Keys procedure should
all keys not be present at the time of repair.
1. Verify DTC B3055 is not set.
瀚慖f the DTC is set, refer to DTC B3055 (See: B Code Charts/B3055).
2. Verify the scan tool TDM Learn Coded Key parameter displays Yes.
瀚慖f not the specified value, perform the 10 Minute Vehicle Key Relearn procedure. Refer to Replacing Keys (North America except
Canada) (See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Antitheft and Alarm Systems/Service and Repair/Replacing Keys (North America
Except Canada)).
3. Perform the 10 Minute Vehicle Key Relearn procedure. Refer to Replacing Keys (North America except Canada) (See: Accessories and
Optional Equipment/Antitheft and Alarm Systems/Service and Repair/Replacing Keys (North America Except Canada)). The TDM should
exit the learn coded key state and DTC B3031 should clear.
瀚慖f the TDM does not exit the learn coded key state after the programming attempt, replace the TDM.
