Conditions for Clearing the DTC
* The condition for the DTC is no longer present.
* The EBCM clears the history DTC when a current DTC is not detected in 40 consecutive drive cycles.

Circuit/System Testing
1. Verify DTC C0455 is not set.
瀚慖f DTC is set, refer to DTC C0455 (See: C Code Charts/C0455).
2. Verify DTC C0277 is not set.
瀚慖f DTC is set, refer to DTC C0277, C120C, C129A, C129B, C129D, C129E, C12B1, or C12F8 (See: C Code Charts/C0277/Antilock
Brake System - Hybrid (HP2)).
3. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the electronic brake control position sensor.
4. Ignition ON, test for 4.8-5.2 V between the 5 V reference circuit terminal 2 and ground.
瀚慖f less than the specified range, test the 5 V reference circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal,
replace the EBCM.
瀚慖f greater than the specified range, test the 5 V reference circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the EBCM.
